We select individuals from our talent pool of permanent, temporary or freelance candidates, based on skills, experience and personality to match the criteria of each job vacancy.
Our fees work on a sliding scale as a percentage of the annual salary for all UK and international placements based on contingency search.
For executive search or special projects, we also offer a retained search facility payable in instalments upon the completion of each main search stage, as agreed in advance.
For freelancers, we charge a percentage of each monthly invoice during the first year.
We also supply temporary staff including pattern cutters, machinists and garment technologists. Rates vary depending on the skill base and experience required. Please call us for further information.
