Fashion Therapy was founded by Fiona Abrahams, following a highly successful career working in the London fashion industry as a fabric buyer, account manager and over the last 10 years, as a recruitment consultant.

In June 2013 Fashion Therapy became part of Retailworld Resourcing, the largest leading retail recruitment business in Australia and New Zealand. Retailworld Resourcing in the UK is owned by Fiona Abrahams and operates as a franchise.
